Castle 22 with Guin Batten again
Olympic silver medallist Guin Batten started the year with a gentle return to the ergo: a Castle 22, which was a 10-minute piece of work. Starts with a full warm-up, then 2 minutes at 20, 22, 20 22, 20. Whole session is over in 23 minutes - unless of course you want to do it twice!

Guin Batten is chair of World Rowing's Coastal Commission, having previously been both an Olympic silver medallist and a coastal world champion!
