About the event
Jonny Searle memorably won gold in the coxed pair in Barcelona with his brother Greg and cox Garry Herbert, and bronze in Atlanta. This Saturday morning session is a Zoom Ergo favourite: it's 4x8mins with 2' recovery, with various rate changes between 22 and 24 given at the start and called during the piece. Work is prompt at 8.30, with a short warm-up from 8.15am.
