About the Event

Thursday night workout hosted by the Molesey Leg-Ends, a group of ex internationals, Boat Racers and Henley winners committed to staying fit and having fun doing it. This week hosted by Matt Brittin, who has multiple Worlds medals, Henley wins and Boat Races to his name, as well as being a Henley Steward and HoCR Masters winner. The work is four pieces with three mins rest between: 10min, 1min, 3min, 6min at rates 24, 30, 28, 26. Warm up from 6:15 for a 6:30 prompt start.
