About the Event

Since retiring in 2010 after winning gold in the US VIII at the Beijing Olympics, Lindsay Dare Shoop has become a Performance Coach, Strength and Movement Coach, Published Author, and Motivational Speaker. She specialises in motivating people to discover their possibilities within, then empower them to think, move, and behave in ways that enable them to turn possibility into reality. Today she is hosting a session from Miami which will last 45 minutes: 15’ dynamic & erg warmup, followed by 30’ “top up the tank” steady state: done as 2x15’, 3x10’, or 5x6’ depending on the individual’s choice/level; with various drills, bursts, high strokes blended in to touch on a little of everything.
