STEADY STATE

These are longer sessions, from 30 to 90 minutes, and you can join them at any point. Do the first 30 minutes, the middle 20 minutes, or the last 10 - or start at the beginning and go all the way to the end. It doesn't matter: it's whatever suits you.

SPRINT/FARTLEK WORK

These sessions, you will want to be in for the whole shebang, or you won't get the benefit. If you want to host a session of this kind, please get in touch. There are bound to be people in the community who want to do it alongside you.
