About the event
James Cracknell has won just about every rowing race he's ever been in: two Olympic gold medals, six World Championship golds, and a win in the Boat Race as the oldest man ever to have taken part. In addition, he is known for a host of other challenges. We're delighted he is leading this morning's session. The work detail is 4x12 mins, 9 at UT2 rating 19 and then 3 at 30-min pace rating 22
