About the event
Guin Batten's morning workout on a Monday is a short, sharp cardio workout of pyramids, castles and ladders. This one's a castle, and is all done in 25 minutes. Follow it with a glutes stretching session with Lucy Hart. The whole workout and stretch is 55 minutes long. This recording is available until the end of the month.
