Jonny Searle memorably won gold in the coxed pair in Barcelona with his brother Greg and cox Garry Herbert, and bronze in Atlanta, while Zoe de Toledo coxed the women's VIII in Rio to a historic silver medal. This workout, of 4x8mins with 2' recovery, with rate changes given at the start and called during the piece, took place on aturday morning. Catch up if you missed it - or do it again!
