We are moving the regular Saturday session of 4x8mins with 2' recovery to Friday this week, led by Olympic gold medallist Louis Attrill. Warm-up begins at 8.15 for an 8.30 prompt start to the work.

About the event
Louis Attrill won gold in the eight at Sydney 2000. This Zoom Ergo favourite session is normaly on a Saturday morning but this week moves to Friday because of Christmas: it's 4x8mins with 2' recovery, with various rate changes between 22 and 24 given at the start and called during the piece. Work is prompt at 8.30, with a short warm-up from 8.15am.
