Clare Holman is the face of British Rowing's Online workouts, and this recording is of a session based on Cam Buchan's training plan to get people ready for the British Rowing Indoor Championships. This Go Row Indoor workout is 10 x 500m reps as part of a row circuit coupled with some off-machine resistance exercises. No equipment (other than a rowing machine) needed!
