Friday 19th February, noon - 4 by 8 PLUS - with Darryl Preston

4x8 minutes at rates 18, 20, 22 and 24, with 2 minutes' recovery but with functional resistance work (sliding planks, squats etc) during it. Session includes a 10-minute warm-up plus 3-minute stretch, and a 7-minute cool down.
