About the event

Michelle Lee doesn't actually consider herself a rower, but she achieved a world record - 'learning to row' with the million metre concept 2 world record, and then becoming Australia's first woman to row any ocean solo, which won her the title of Australian Geographic "Adventurer of the year". She is still the record holder, having completed the million metres in 5 1/2 days, taking almost 11 hours off the previous record held by a German Olympian. Now 48 years old, she says that, 'mine is a series of stepping stones to ultimately row a boat across an ocean..the rest, they say, "is history"...

Today she is doing a 45-minute work-out live from Sydney. Join her - and watch her story here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7z9UXhMHTnw
