A steady workout of 2x18mins + 2min stretch and drink, and then 20 min to finish. The host is Mark Thomson, a former junior World medallist and Henley winner, as well as double Goldie colour, who wants to get back to his former fittest self. Join him on the journey, live from Perth, Australia!

About the Event

Mark Thomson twice rowed for Goldie in the early 1990s, in addition to winning a medal for GB at junior level, and subsequently winning the Ladies Plate at Henley. Inspired by Zoom Ergos to get back to former levels of fitness, he is hosting a series of stedy workouts from his home in Perth, Australia.He will do Y2 x 18mins + 2min stretch and drink, and then 20 min to finish. Join him for as much of it as you wish.
