Friday 29th April: Zoom at noon - 3x8' with Darryl Preston
3x8' split 3/1/3/1 at 22/26/22/26 then 22/27/22/27 then 22/28/22/28 with 90 seconds off in between each set. Starts with a 10-minute warm up and then finishes with a cool down.
