About the Event

Kingsley Ijomah is an accomplished PR1 Nigerian Olympian based in London, who won Mens PR1 1x at the African Championships. He is currently training for the Summer Games in Tokyo and is leading a session as follows: 

10min Warm up

3min Stretch + Fluid

3x10 minutes,

with 2 minutes' rest.

Each 10 minute split 4@24, 3@26, 2@28, 1@30.

6min Warm down
