About the event
Cath Bishop's recently published book, The Long Win - the search for a better way to succeed, has kept her off the ergo a bit recently, but we are delighted that she is bringing her rowing expertise to Zoom Ergos for 2x15 minute rows. Cath was Olympic slver medallist in the pair in Athens with Katherine Grainger, and the two of them were World Champions in 2003
