8x3 mins at rate 24, with 3' rest that has one exercise each time: burpees, squat thrusts, erg jump, o/h sit-up, press up, squat, reverse lunge and plank walk. Gillian was World Champion in the double in Cologne in 1998 and silver medallist in the quad at the Sydney Olympics in 2000.
