This terrific workout was recorded on 9th November. Designed as training for the British Rowing Indoor Champs - open to all, and taking place on 4th December - it consists of two fourteen-minute blocks, 1 minute on, 1 minute off seven times, with some core work in between of four exercises for 30 seconds each, three times. Total workout is 28 minutes on the ergo and 6 minutes on the mat. 4-min warm-up to start, 38 minutes total.
