Ladder 30 with Guin again

This is our shortest, sharpest workout: whole thing done in 20 minutes. It's a Ladder 30: 20 strokes at each of 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 and 30 with light paddling in between. Starts with a technical warm-up and some half-pressure paddling.

About the event

Guin Batten's morning workout on a Monday is a short, sharp cardio workout of pyramids, castles and ladders. This one's a ladder, and is all done - including the warm-up - in not much more than 20 minutes. It's a great introduction to the ergo if you are new to it, and if you aren't and you want a longer work-out, you can do the ladder twice!
