About the event
Richard Phelps won three Boat Races and two World Championship medals during his career, and was an Olympic finalist in Barcelona in 1992. He is subbing in for Guin this morning, as she has coaching to do. Join him from 7.30 for a technical warm-up and a time-saving cardio workout, with details announced at the start.
