About the event

Guin Batten is chair of World Rowing's Coastal Commission, having previously been both an Olympic silver medallist and a coastal world champion! She starts with 30 minutes terrififc cardio - join it to see if it's a castle, a pyramid or a ladder! 

Lucy Hart is a professional physio. She is leading a session that activates the glute muscles, following directly on from the half-hour cardio workout. You can join this as a separate session, or stay on after the ergo. It'll keep you in good nick either way!
