About the event
Your voluntary subs went to supporting the Air Ambulance Service for Kent, Surrey and Sussex, after Juidth Packer found out that one of the Paramedics at the Redhill station (where they have a micro gym including ergo) often uses the ergo to both keep fit (which they have to as paramedics) but also to emotionally ‘decompress’ especially after a shout. Working on shifts and odd hours makes indoor rowing a great way to keep fit.
