This was a Thursday night favourite hosted by David Dix of the Molesey Legh-Ends, coxed by Adrian Ellison. The work was 10', 1', 3', 6'  with 3' rest between each piece.  Rates were 24, 30, 28, 26. 

All our sessions are free, but voluntary subs are encouraged if you use us a lot: every penny of them will go to introducing  kids to rowing for the first time. This month's project funded entirely by the Zoom Ergo Community will introduce 3,000 kids to rowing for teh first time.
