Thursday night workouts are hosted by the Molesey Leg-Ends, a group of ex internationals, Boat Racers and Henley winners committed to staying fit and having fun doing it. They usually begin ith a warm up from 6:15 for a 6:30 prompt start to the work. The host for the week of this reording was triple Blue and former international Matt Brittin, coxed by Olympic gold medallist Adrian Ellison. The work was the Leg-End favourite: 10, 1, 6, 3'.
