Row 2x20' again, with double-winning Blue Matt Parish
A recording of ZE super-sub Matt Parish stepping in for the Girl on the River. The double-winning Blue and former Olympian did a 40-minute session, split as 2x20mins at low intensity with short bursts included. It included visualisation of the Head of the Charles. .

Matt Parish rowed at 6 in the winning Cambridge Blue Boats of 1994 and 1995, before going on to represent GB at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. In this recording, Matt does a 40-minute session, split as 2x20mins at low intensity with short bursts included. It includes visualisation of the Head of the Charles.
