7:45am: Teddington Lock: warm up paddle
8:05am: Chiswick Bridge: Tideway Head
8:25am: Putney Bridge: Steady Row exploring London
8:45am: Tower Bridge: RNLI escorted row firm through busy River Thames
9:00am: Arrive Queen Elisabeth II Bridge
