Jonny Searle memorably won gold in the coxed pair in Barcelona with his brother Greg and cox Garry Herbert, and bronze in Atlanta. This is a recording of Saturday morning session which is a Zoom Ergo favourite: it's 4x8mins with 2' recovery, with various rate changes between 22 and 26 given at the start and called during the piece.
