Row a ladder 30 again with Guin

Guin's Ladder 30 was 20 strokes on, 10 strokes light starting at rate 20 and rising by 2 strokes a minute each time. The workout includes a warm-up and is all done in 25 minutes. Unless you want to do the ladder twice, of course!

About the event

Guin Batten is chair of World Rowing's Coastal Commission, having previously been both an Olympic silver medallist and a coastal world champion! She starts every week with 30 minutes terrififc cardio on a Monday morning - a castle, a pyramid or a ladder! 

This reocrding from 10th January was a Ladder 30. Includes a full warm-up.
