About the event
Guin Batten is chair of World Rowing's Coastal Commission, having previously been both an Olympic silver medallist and a coastal world champion! She does 30 minutes terrififc cardio every Monday morning at 7.30. This session, from 7th February 2022, was a Ladder 32.
