Special guest Helene Raynsford joined Judith and Di for the regular Virtual Paddle and chat on 2nd March 2022. In a session dedicated to www.thebritchallenge.org.uk which started 1st February and ended on 3rd March 2022 (University Mental Health Day), Paralympian Gold Medallist Rower 2008 Beijing Helene Raynsford shared her story and challenges, insights to her professional life and why she is a BRIT Ambassador.
The British Inspiration Trust (BRIT) supports young adult mental health and fitness in the UK through the delivery of their annual BRIT Challenge.
