About the event
Louis Attrill won gold in the eight at Sydney 2000. This Saturday morning session, recorded on 18th December 2021, is a Zoom Ergo favourite: it's 4x8mins with 2' recovery, with various rate changes between 22 and 24 given at the start and called during the piece. There is a 6-minute warm-up before the work starts.
