About the event
Mark won gold in Beijing in the lightweight double sculls, and silver in London. He was also twice World Champion. This reocrding is of his regular 3x5 lots of 1 minute on, one minute off, rating 24, 26, 28, 30 and 32. If you fancy some short and sharp work, this is an ideal workout! Give it a go and join him live on Wednesday mornings when we return in September..
