Virtual Head Race Head of the Dart 50
The Head of the Dart is a 15km race organised jointly by Dart Totnes RC and Dartmouth RC and is celebrating its 50th.
In this recording, local guide Kate Fraser takes us on a 20 min (nominal 5k) virtual row with 10 min warm up and cool down, with Judith Packer, taking us over the course from Totnes to Dartmouth.
5min: Registration and Mobilisation 10 min: Warm up / Paddling to the start 5 min: rest 20 min: Virtual Head of the Dart – first 5km 10 min: paddle back to club
