Matt Parish rowed at 6 in the winning Cambridge Blue Boats of 1994 and 1995, before going on to represent GB at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. In this recording, Matt does a 40-minute session, split as 2x20mins at low intensity with short bursts included. It includes visualisation of the Head of the Charles.
