1992 Olympic champion Jonny Searle already leads a workout on Saturday mornings, but today he is also doing a "back to very basics" session for those who are just starting out. He will be joined by Pilates Teache Agneta Lindberg, who'll provide exercises relating to the phases of the rowing stroke

1992 Olympic champion Jonny Searle already leads a workout on Saturday mornings, but today he is also doing a "back to very basics" session for those who are just starting out. He will talk about five different phases of the rowing stroke.
Jonny will be joined by Agneta Lindberg a Pilates Teacher, Fitness Professional and Psychotherapist of over 2 decades, with a keen interest in better understanding the body through the mind and vice versa.
Agneta will provide exercises relating to the phases of the rowing stroke to strengthen and encourage better movement.
