Triple Blue Dave Gillard is in training for BRIC, where he was on the podium last year. He'll talk you through his 4 x 10 minute sessions at increased rates, with 2 minutes in between. Join him for 1, 2, 3 or 4 of them, as suits your schedule. Starts at 11am.
