1992 Olympic champion and 2x Olympic medallist Jonny Searle already leads a workout on Saturday mornings, but today he is also doing a "back to very basics" session for those who are just starting out. Learn how to row with an Olympic champion!

Imagine if you had an Olympic champion come down to your club to talk people through the basics on a 'Learn to Row' course! Well, virtually, today you can. Jonny Searle, who memorably won gold in the coxed pair in Barcelona with his brother Greg and cox Garry Herbert, as well as bronze in Atlanta, is doing a 'back to very basics' for half an hour from 11.30. Join him if you are just starting out, and if you're a club, as people to come down and learn, lettig them know you've got an Olympic legend coming in to help!
