About the event
The Zoom Ergo favourite 4x8', with various rate changes between 22 and 24 given at the start. Work is prompt at 8.30, with a short warm-up from 8.15am. There is no formal host for this session but there is always a regular to lead it and call the changes. Come and join the Saurday crew!
