About the event
This Saturday morning session is a Zoom Ergo favourite: it's 4x8mins with 2' recovery, with various rate changes between 22 and 24 given at the start and called during the piece. Work is prompt at 8.30, with a short warm-up from 8.15am. This week's host, standing in for Jonny Searle, is Louis Attrill, who won gold in Sydney in 2000, in the British VIII.
