About the event
Jonny Searle memorably won gold in the coxed pair in Barcelona with his brother Greg and cox Garry Herbert, and bronze in Atlanta. He regularly leads sessions for the 'Molesey Leg-Ends', who today are doing their session on Zoom Ergos to share the love! Work is prompt at 8.15, with a short warm-up from 8am. It's 4x8mins with 2' recovery, with rate changes given at the start and called during the piece.
