The regular Saturday session of 4x8mins with 2' recovery which has become a Zoom Erg favourite. Warm up at 8.15 for 8.30 prompt start to the work. This week's host is two-time Henley winner Jim Bichard.

About the event
The famous 4x8', with various rate changes between 22 and 24 given at the start. Work is prompt at 8.30, with a short warm-up from 8.15am. This week's host is Jim Bichard, who has been rowing since school and was a 2-time Henley winner with Imperial College Boat Club before moving into coaching. He’s a regular ZoomErgo participant and recently returned to Masters racing.
