About the event
The Zoom Ergo favourite 4x8', with various rate changes between 22 and 24 given at the start. It's 22/24 for 4' each, then 22/24/22/24 for 2', then 22/24/26/24 for 2' each, and then 22/24/26 to free rate for 2' each with 1' between each. But don't worry - a regular will call it! Work is prompt at 8.30, with a short warm-up from 8.15am.
