Jonny Searle memorably won gold in the coxed pair in Barcelona with his brother Greg and cox Garry Herbert, and bronze in Atlanta. He regularly leads sessions for the 'Molesey Leg-Ends', who today are doing their session on Zoom Ergos to share the love! Work is prompt at 8.30, with a short warm-up from 8.15. Each 8-minute piece is between rates 22 and 24, with 2 pieces having four minutes of each, and the other two having two minutes of each. So 22/24, and 22/24/22/24.
