About the event
A classic pyramid, starting with 5 minutes at rate 20 and going down by a minute and up by 2 strokes per minute until you get to 1 minute at 28. Then back down to 20 in 2-step increments, goinh up by a minute each time: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 minutes at rates 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 26, 24, 22, 20. 29 minutes of work.
