About the event

Jim Bichard has been rowing since school and was a 2-time Henley winner with Imperial College Boat Club before moving into coaching. He’s a regular ZoomErgo participant and recently returned to Masters racing. This morning he's doing a classic threshold workout from Imperial College BC. 3x10' starting at low rates and getting progressively higher, each set has a 5-minute break in between. 8am warm-up for prompt 8.15 start.
