About the event

Mark Brown is  a regular ZoomErgo participant and he'll be hosting this classic threshold workout from Imperial College BC. 3x10' split 4/3/2/1 and starting at rate 18, then going 20/22/24, before a 5-minute break and then the same again at 20/22/24/26; and finally the third piece is 22/24/26/28.  8am warm-up for prompt 8.15 start.
