Row like the Grand Old Duke of York with David Dix of the Molesey Leg-Ends! 2 x 15mins pyramid with 3 mins rest: 5/4/3/2/1 mins each with rate builds 18/20/22/24/26. Then reverse in the second set but rates 28/26/24/22/20.
