Richard Phelps won three Boat Races, was Cambridge President, for many years an international, and is an Olympian - but still struggles to be the best rower in his own family. 😉 This week he is acting as supersub for Matt Pinsent, with the work 3 x 7mins (2-2-2-1 rate builds) with 3min rest
