About the event
Naomi Riches MBE won gold at London 2012, having already won a bronze medal in Beijing in 2008 and gold medls in the World Championships of 2004, 2005 and 2006, competing in the LTA adaptive mixed coxed 4. Today she is rowing 10K at low intensity, focusing on technique. Join her for a masterclass!
