Thursday night workout hosted by the Molesey Leg-Ends, a group of ex internationals, Boat Racers and Henley winners committed to staying fit and having fun doing it. This week's host is Martin Cross, and work is 4x3:30 with 1 min rest between each, then 3 minutes rest, and then 1x6 minutes. All pieces at rate 26. Warm up from 6:15 for a 6:30 prompt start.
